Cyril ACCARD-GUILLOIS, Partner and Chairman, is an economist with additional degrees in HR and Coaching. He began his career with BOSSARD CONSULTANTS, the major consulting firm of that time, where he participated in HR and Information Systems projects.
After a few years as HR manager in the nuclear industry, he joined ELI LILLY, where he held several management positions in HR and Sales, in both fields of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
He then became managing director in the leisure and sports industry.
He joined ORES in 1998, where he handles search missions for managers and executives positions, in a great variety of industry and services sectors.
Gilles HERREMAN, Partner, spent 25 years as a Tax Partner in Landwell, the corresponding law firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Co-opted as a partner in 1992 he was its co-Managing Partner from 1999 to 2004, and the staff Partner.
From 2004 to 2007 Gilles was in charge of managing the "Consumer Industrial Products" sector for the French law firm and the PwC Audit and Advisory services.
Gilles HERREMAN joined ORES SEARCH in 2008 to develop the Tax & Legal practice for the Law Firms and for the companies.
Agnès SAUGERON-DAUBE, Partner, spent her first ten professional years in two industrial firms and with ADECCO, a worldwide leader for HR services, where she held operational sales and marketing management positions before turning, in 1994, to recruitment consulting. For the last 20 years, first with MICHAEL PAGE (5 years), then within AXCESS DELOITTE (8 years), she developed her expertise in executives and managers search, for both staff and line positions, in a large variety of sectors, mostly in industry.
In 2007 she joins ORES SEARCH as a Partner to continue her development in Executive search and bring her knowledge of Industry, especially in Chemistry, Heavy and Process Industries, and Packaging (paper mill, plastics, cardboard).
Hervé Boyart, Msc in Human Resources Management from Paris II University (CIFFOP), worked almost 25 years in HR within companies operating in various sectors such as Banking, Construction and EDP.
He specialized in Talent Management, HR Development and performance of the HR function, and graduated also in coaching (International Mozaïk Institute).
He then joined ORES in 2015 as a partner to develop the HR and Talent Development practice
Henri FLORET, Partner, graduated in Finance and Economics from Political Science Institute. He spent 20 years in the Oil and Gas Industry.
He then moved to Automotive Industry suppliers and Car Rental companies, respectively as Aftermarket Director and Network Director. Upon gaining an MBA in HR management, he moved to executive search in 2004.
He developed a wide knowledge in agriculture and food industry, fossil energy (Oil & Gas, Electricity, Mining) and new energies (Wind and Solar power) where he searches executives and experts.
He also handles missions in Finance, Insurance and Distribution sectors.
Since 2010, Henri FLORET works also along with family owned companies, recruiting for them board members and independent administrators. He is also a mentor.
